Following conceptual frameworks integrating the key ingredients of strategic options, we will critically review a range of modern concepts and analytical techniques to discuss the contexts in which they are best applied. Finally the course will address strategic options (specialisation, diversification, integration) and how to integrate diagnosis at the corporate level.
