For previous academic work within a college or university programme where English is the sole medium of instruction an exception from the TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS/UCLES requirements may be granted.
This will be allowed when the applicant has successfully completed the equivalent of 30/60 US/ECTS transferable, academic semester credits at a recognized college or university where English is the sole language of instruction.
Applicants requesting to be exempted from the TOEFL /TOEIC /IELTS/ UCLES requirement based upon the completion of academic work need to provide a transcript of grades showing the accumulation of 30/60 US/ECTS transferable academic credits along with official documentation showing English as the medium of instruction.
For citizens of English speaking countries or regions who have completed their pre-university education in English: If the applicant is a citizen of a country or region in which English is the official language and has completed his/her pre-university education in English, he/she does not need to take the TOEFL/ TOEIC/ IELTS/ UCLES.

Applicants with high verbal / analytical writing scores on the GMAT may be exempted from the English proficiency test requirement. Applicants may be subject to a telephone interview.
